TOD Transit Oriented Design- Diseño Mixto Residencial y Comercial de Facil Acceso al Transpoter Publico

Transit Oriented Development  -TOD-

Creating mixed-use spaces in  very dense communities encourages people to live, work and shop in areas designed to maximize access to public transportation.
The tower to the left holds office units and commercial use on the first levels. The right  tower is designed  for residential use and a hotel. The central plaza allows access to the light train ramp and  integrates the buildings with the urban space to generate a rich urban environment full of vegetation, and outdoor areas for activities.
